Shipping policy
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders will ship UPS; you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided for your shipment. If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Sun Moon & Rising is not responsible for resending the order. If the package is returned to Sun Moon & Rising by UPS, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via UPS. Though we are very sorry your items didn't reach you, Sun Moon & Rising is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that if you are making a return or getting a refund on an already shipped order, your credit will be less any shipping costs. Returned items are at your own expense. We are a small business, and we thank you for your understanding.
